We will be hosting a small team from Te Papa at our Marae overnight.  They are refreshing the Natural History Exhibition which sits in the area at the top of the elevators and have approached the rūnanga to look the concept they are developing which will weave kōrero about Māui throughout.  The entrance to the exhibition is where we will be able to make an immediate impact as they would like our story and whenua to be reflected there to make an immediate impact.  If you are interested and available to help us at the Marae, please let the office know.  It is an exciting opportunity although still in the initial stages of development.
